FDM works fine with Rapidshare if you use Internet Explorer or Firefox. I've just tested it.

After clicking a file to , then hitting "Cancel" in the "Add " window:
in IE6 or IE7 or IE8 you get the native manager:



But this is not OK in IE9, because IE9 has a brand new manager.
So, what should happen when I click "Cancel" in the "Add " window?

I find some problems.

1.FDM Click Catcher Plug-In cannot work at chrome,I cannot see FDM‘s context menu.

2.It seem that FDM cannot set file type,when I RAR archives/MP3,I have to copy url address,and then paste to FDM.

3.Flash video cannot chrome.

Hi Alex,
Nice to see you and/or the FDM team is keen on developing a new version of FDL 3.5 It is much appreciated. While its really great and I have to go through the first post to know the updates you have done since version 3. I looked to see if there were any release notes as the norm is with all free software with specific updated release notes to each minor and major version, this I found missing. For somebody like me they provide a great way to know what's been enhanced as visually I didn't see anything newish.

One of the other things I felt sad about is there are no links on the first forum post from where to get the newest version. I had to use google to find sites from where I could 3.5 . The build no. there is though build 930 while on your front page post you have said 928.

As far as features are concerned, I use FDL as my setup (EVDO Modem) doesn't port-forwarding so have to rely on DHT to get my fill of torrent. Now I usually look for files have multiple trackers. While finding torrents having multiple trackers is time-consuming, what is more of an issue for me is FDL 3.5 doesn't show that there are multiple trackers to the file - In that regard its not easy for me to know which trackers is the torrent being able to connect to and which isn't so its easier for me in the long haul.

Lastly, I had ed long time back and tried using the same credentials to enter now, it gives me something like this :-

"It was not possible to convert your when updating this bulletin board’s software. Please request a new . If you continue to have problems please the Board ." It also doesn't tell me the procedure to ask for new . There is no feature of forgetting and retrieving a new on the forum

oops, sorry saw that there is now http://files2.freemanager.cinevost.com/fdm35inst.exe, that atleast is something I can check on. Also saw you had updated to build 930 about a month ago.

ive been using this FDM for years since the first version released..
I thought that it won't be released no more..
That's why i was so surprised when i found it somewhere (not from it's official website) but from the trusted source, of course and i decided to the forum so i could get some updates and infos regarding to this unforgettable application ever

Does anybody know how to make sure that an anti-virus program say AVG checks everytime a file is through FDL. I know it should be something like C:\Program Files\AVG but what after that?

No that's not native. If you look at the bottom left corner, there is a FDM icon on it. It's just look similar to the native of IE7/8.

Hi,
I'm using 3.5 RC b930 and when I use the "grant all bandwith for this DL" option, it doesn't behave like it used to in the old 848 build:

In 848, it would boost the DL it is applied to, as one would expect, but it would also let the other DLs use the remaining bandwith.

In 930, the other DLs' speed drops to 0. I prefered the way it was before.


PS: I have been using FDM for years now and I love it, because it just works

This screenshot is not from FDM 3.5.931. It seems you did not reboot PC after update.
