Translator Rating? 201i41

Hi there. I would like to know about the translator rating system. And please, What is the highest and lower rating number?

I've been searching in this forum's posts and haven't found an answer (Is there somewhere to find this information?).

It was explained under the "News" section of the TI, under "Payment for translations". Indeed, it is 1 to 5.

It was also said that a rate of 4.8 was needed for promotion to manageurial positions.

Well, I would say that it depends on how well you understand English and produce Spanish, don't you think?
