Update or add torrent trackers 6c3m6i

This is sorely lacking in BT feature;
The ability to add, update, edit/correct trackers.

I seen a lot of interesting suggestions floating about, but this is foundational stuff.
Please add to next update.

I am not sure if FDM has the ability to add trackers to a torrent , but I could not find it.

I noticed FDM 5.1 has no option to enable extra trackers. And I wish I can add extra trackers manually. Just like Aria2's Option "bt-tracker"

It was requested many times starting from the very first implementation of torrent in FDM. Some older topics I have merged now with this one. You DID see those messages, you asked for more details and answered…

And, of course, it was requested directly in "Vote for FDM 5 features" topic, see last examples:
