Hi!

FDM does not UTF-8 encoding in its language files.
You need to save in the suitable ASCII encoding.

Alex, you seem to have forgotten discussion in "How to start translation to New Language" topic.
Georgian language has no Windows/ANSI codepage and the only way to it is to use Unicode - either UTF-16 or UTF-8 encoding.
Windows have native for UTF-16, you should just use Unicode (Wide) string functions instead of ANSI ones. And you can easy recognize text file in UTF-16 - it should always start with BOM.

In this case it's not possible to translate it to Georgian for now. UTF in language file will not help because FDM uses ANSI version of Windows APIs. And currently we have no plans to make it use Unicode version.
