If you remove a *and* remove the file, it has no choice but to start over.

Are you removing only from list only (not deleting files) and it still starts from scratch?

Hello,
There is no way to resume a regular in case it was removed from FDM.
There is still a way for torrents: just choose Overwrite option. In this case it will re-check and resume.

There is no software which can do it. Except the ones which sections into the separate files. This method has its huge flaws. That's why FDM does not use this method. Just do not delete your s from FDM and you'll be fine

In the case your are so clumsy, you can vote for implementing Recycle Bin for the s inside of FDM.
