Wrong warning information on help>about section. 333363

Free manager is open source software released under GNU GPL but when you hit help>about section in program, you see "Warning: this computer program is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Inappropriate to license reproduction or distribution of this program, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law."
This must be chanced as GNU General Public License.
