At the time of disconnect of seeding or seeding speed limiting, has the torrent itself already been ed completely? Or is it still being ed? Are there peers from the local network present?

Are you going to report ALL youtube videos with slash in title? It's been already explained here: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=17803&p=45437&hilit=slash#p45437 so stop complaining and wait for fix, please…
Don't forget that you can still use SaveFrom.net (web site or browser extension) and get links with titles properly converted to such videos with FDM.

Torrent file is ing (not completely ed). no peers available form local network.

Hi, sorry for amending a comment to perhaps an old discussion.
I had already these issues several times (like last month ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAj7P7tRsMA), particularly when a conference had just been given, and possibly youtube was into an internal "compiling" process prior actually publishing the video to the net.
Is that what is called "FDM 3.9.7 sniffing" feature the pre-process able to determine whether the file is appropriate for ing or not?
In this particular case, FDM 5.1 yet failed the next morning after the conference took place, but it finally worked another day later (whether Youtube fixed it upon s request or not).

it happened when I stopped seeding. If remove the torrent from the list, everything is normalized.
This bug in Russian localization.

i just instaled FDM 5.1.34.6924 x64 version on a clean install Windows 10 Fall Creator x64 and I have a Bug ( Maybe ). When i Reset or shutdown my PC with FDM app open, app called "G" is preventing shutdown or restart. If FDM close nothing happend and My PC shutdown or restar without problems

Same with fdm x86

Here is the post - someone says thats he unnistall FDM and problem solved
